800 MPs are Air India’s new Maharajas in the sky

At a time when the focus should be on the deteriorating health of the national carrier, Air India and Airports Authority of India (AAI) have come up with a “high quality handling” protocol, one that ensures Maharaja treatment for every MP boarding an AI flight from any airport in the country. Members of the two Houses of Parliament together number almost 800.
