I am unhappy with the events taking place in the Golden Temple complex 28 years after the Operation Bluestar. 

The proposal to set up a memorial dedicated to militants is not a good move, to put it mildly. It is sad that the ruling Shiromani Akali Dal is permitting such activities. The recent events remind me of early 1980s when militancy was at its peak, there was a call for separatism, the country was on the verge of being fragmented.
