The resentment against the HRD Minister Kapil Sibal’s proposal to hold a combined test for IITs and Centrally aided engineering colleges is growing with IIT-Kharagpur on Sunday rejecting the Minister’s “retrograde” step. Rubbishing the proposed format, the faculty of IIT-Kharagpur came out with a strongly-worded statement on Sunday.
