Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday tore into the UPA Government on issues of corruption and price rise and predicted a wipeout for the Congress in the December State Assembly polls. Speaking on the second day of the two-day executive committee meeting of the Gujarat BJP, a master strategist, Modi focused on Centre’s failure to dilute his own anti-incumbency in the run up to the crucial Assembly election that could also have bearing on his prime ministerial aspirations.
