The BJP high command has ruled out a leadership change in Himachal Pradesh, which goes to poll later this year, giving a breather to beleaguered Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal who is facing rebellion from a section of the party. Sources claimed BJP chief Nitin Gadkari had a meeting with Dhumal and his detractor Shanta Kumar, a former Chief Minister, late on Monday in which the issues confronting the BJP in the hill State were discussed in detail.
