AP Congress leader pitches for new T-plan to end row

Congress leaders from the Rayalaseema region in Andhra Pradesh have proposed for carving out a separate 'Rayala Telangana' state by merging Rayalaseema with the Telangana region. This comes after reports emerged that the Congress high command is likely to take a decision on the Telangana statehood demand after the presidential elections.
