Rajya Sabha member and well-known jurist Ram Jethmalani said here on Thursday that a vote for the UPA’s Presidential candidate Pranab Mukherjee would be a vote against the nation. Releasing a 10-page open letter to Mr. Mukherjee at a Press conference here, he listed nine charges beginning with his role during the Emergency, to his purported failure as Union Finance Minister in bringing back black money stashed away abroad.
