The Congress once again tried to reach out to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee by offering to “continue to cooperate” in her developmental efforts ahead of the presidential elections. It is another matter though that a fresh effort by the Congress to win over its second biggest ally yielded little result prompting Union Minister Kapil Sibal — who on Thursday met Banerjee — to claim that the duo only discussed issues related to school education.
