The special investigation team probing T P Chandrasekharan murder case has told the court that the RMP leader was eliminated following instructions from the CPM's top leadership in Kerala. The SIT made this revelation on Friday in a petition submitted before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Vadakara, seeking extension of the police custody of P Mohanan, CPM Kozhikode district secretariat member.
