Sheikh-Indira accord was never signed, NC tells Congress

Jammu & Kashmir's ruling National Conference on Monday claimed that chief minister Omar Abdullah's grandfather, Sheikh Abdullah, had not signed the 1975 accord with then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi that paved the way for the party's return to power after it dropped its demand for plebiscite.
