If reds use human shields, forces may have to call off ops

In the backdrop of the Sarkeguda row, senior officials of the Centre and nine Naxal-hit states will meet on Friday to take stock of the ongoing offensives against Maoists and chalk out a strategy to avoid collateral damage, especially when the Naxals use villagers as 'human shields' during operations.
