Bihar governor Devanand Konwar's excesses have landed him in the soup. An audit report carried out by the principal accountant general has exposed the wasteful ways of Konwar, who was appointed the governor on June 29, 2009. A copy of the report, which is with India Today, shows that in 2011-12 alone, Konwar was on tour for 154 days, during which he took 53 flights to various cities.
