Infrastructure still fuels promise

What would he like the Government to do to put the infrastructure sector back on the rails? The measures, says Dr Rajiv Lall, have to do with improving sentiment for capital flows and formulating specific policies for the sector. He has a grasp of issues confronting the infrastructure sector, not just because he is the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Infrastructure Development Finance Co, but also because he chairs the Confederation of Indian Industry’s Infrastructure Council and is a member of various Government committees in the sector.
