In a major breakthrough on insurgency front, security agencies have busted the “blueprint” of the action plan of the CPI-Maoist in the northeast. Disclosing that a definite road map has been prepared to expand network of red rebels in the trouble-torn northeast, authoritative security sources told this newspaper that arrest of at least three hard-core Maoists rebels has revealed that Maoists have plan to form a “strategic zone” comprising hilly terrains of Karbi Anglong and North Cachar of Assam and Dibang valley of Arunachal Pradesh.
