Time’s almost up for UPA, warns NCP

Aided by the upping of ante by over 40 MLAs of Congress against Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan, the NCP on Tuesday sent across the message to the Congress that if its grievances are not addressed by Wednesday, it would take a final call on pulling out from the UPA Government before the Cabinet meets on Thursday. Jittery over the deadline, the Government postponed the Cabinet meeting itself.
