As the Government struggled to bring the situation under control in Assam, fresh violence rocked the trouble-torn Bodoland Territorial Administered Districts (BTAD) on Tuesday. The death toll stood at 32 due to police firing in Kokrajhar district. According to Times Now, over 1,70,000 people have been displaced and are taking refuge in temporary relief camps.
