The CBI has examined Jagdish Tytler in connection with arms dealer Abhishek Verma’s claim that he was in regular touch with the Congress leader while striving to get Swiss defence firm Rheinmetall off the Government’s blacklist. Tytler, during the agency’s examination, denied any links to arms dealing or stalling of the blacklisting process against any defence armaments firm.
