The corruption case registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) against former vice-chancellor of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) V. N. Rajasekharan Pillai might be the tip of the iceberg as far as his alleged misdemeanours are concerned.
