With Team Anna ending its agitation, the Government on Friday made it clear that the contentious Lokpal Bill is not likely to be passed during the monsoon session of Parliament. The bill is not among 31 legislations listed for consideration during the month-long session. The Government is taking the ground that there will not be adequate time for working on the bill as the Select Committee considering the Bill, will present its report by the fag end of the month-long session.
