He who raised it must raze it

Citing unavailability of adequate number of police personnel due to Independence Day celebrations and Baba Ramdev’s proposed fast, Delhi Police on Tuesday moved the Delhi High Court expressing its inability to demolish the illegal structure near the Subhash Park area. Surprisingly, the city law enforcing agency sought Court’s direction stating that MLA Shoaib Iqbal, who was involved in raising the illegal structure, be asked to raze it.
