The Supreme Court Monday agreed to hear a PIL that seeks to restrain Centre and state governments from using taxpayers’ money to issue advertisements showcasing their achievements. The PIL has been filed by Foundation for Restoration of National Values, an NGO headed by former Delhi Metro chief E Sreedharan.
