Chief Justice of India S H Kapadia has warned the Union government against bringing judicial accountability bill in haste, saying it must not tinker with the constitutional philosophy of judicial independence. CJI Kapadia said that judges were not afraid of accountability law but the move should not harm the constitutional principles and not leave a ground for the country to regret later.
