Home Secy blames Pakistan for ‘morphed’ images on internet, 76 websites blocked

A large number of hate messages and offensive images put on the internet that caused thousands from the Northeast to flee home from Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu were uploaded from Pakistan, Union Home Secretary R K Singh said today.
