Pakistan plotted to incite, spark exodus

In what is set to lead to yet another serious showdown with Islamabad, Union Home Secretary RK Singh on Saturday minced no words in saying that the bulk of the rumour that triggered panic among the people of North-eastern States in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra emanated from Pakistan.
