Days after West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee attracted the ire of the judiciary for her remarks, BJP leader Yashwant Sinha on Sunday slammed the UPA saying that it was manipulating judiciary for political reasons. Sinha charged the Congress-led UPA of manipulating the judiciary where it can “extract judgments”. “This government is managing the judiciary,” he alleged, but stressed that he was not repeating Mamata’s words.
