As the ongoing crisis in violence-hit Assam continues, BJP president Nitin Gadkari on Monday termed it a war between India and the illegal Bangladeshi immigrants and not a war between minority classes. Leading a scathing attack on the ruling Congress party, Gadkari accused it of indulging in vote bank politics and appealed to the people to remove it from power. He was speaking during a discussion on the exodus of the north-east people at Constitutional Club in the Capital organised by the Delhi Unit of the BJP.
