Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Arun Jaitley has said that infiltration from Bangladesh over the years have disturbed the population equilibrium in the north eastern States. Such continued infiltrations have led to social tensions and thus the people of north-eastern States are feeling threatened in their own land, Jaitley told journalists after his day-long visit during which he participated in the State BJP meeting to discuss the issues for the election manifesto.
