Minority report is biased: Rights body

The Asian Centre for Human Rights (ACHR) has condemned the report of the National Commission for Minorities (NCM) on the recent riots between Bodos and Bengali speaking Muslims in Assam and charged the NCM for being biased against one of the warring communities — the Bodos.
