Spectrum auction to start from Nov 12, says telecom dept

The auction of 2G spectrum will start from November 12 and end with the allocation of spectrum to telecom operators by January 11, 2013, according to the information memorandum (IM) issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) today.
