Is the internet a vile and horrible place where one can find seditious information and extreme pornography? And is the Government of India possibly right in preventing access to such information? You can even make an argument for that. But blocking access to certain users on the micro-blogging platform Twitter stank of both bureaucratic overreach and censorship.
