What is the real reason for Patnaik’s transfer?

Raj Thackeray has played his cards well. He had spoken to chief minister Prithviraj Chavan before he let loose on RR Patil and Arup Patnaik at his August 21 rally. The CM is believed to have requested him to hold his horses for a few days as the file for Patnaik’s transfer was right before him and he would decide soon.
