Lawlessness creeps back in UP

When the Samajwadi Party came to power, there was fear that goonda raj would be back. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav tried to dispel the fear when he took charge on March 15 this year assuring that party workers would be more disciplined this time round.
