Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh, who is facing flak for opposing competitive bidding of coal blocks, turned the heat on the Congress-led UPA Government on Wednesday, cautioning a “serious policy paralysis”. “Industries have been ruined during the UPA regime because the Government is confused on key issues. The Manmohan Singh Government is suffering from serious policy paralysis,” said the Ayurvedic doctor-turned politician in an exclusive chat with The Pioneer.
