Telangana in 3 months if voted to power: BJP

Accusing the UPA government of making “false promises” on Telangana, the BJP on Wednesday promised that it will facilitate statehood to the region within three months if it came to power after the next elections. “Telangana will be created in three months once the BJP government is sworn in,” Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj said addressing BJP workers who were among those participating at a sit-in here to press for Telangana statehood.
