UPA ignored IMG to shield confidants in Jharkhand?

The Congress dispensation at the Centre has had the last laugh while deciding the fate of at least two coal blocks in Jharkhand. The recommendation of the Inter-Ministerial Group (IMG) to de-allocate Jitpur and Lohari coal blocks in Jharkhand was overruled by the Government and resolved to deduct merely bank guarantees of the defaulters instead for obvious reasons.
