Govt misusing judiciary, CBI: Nitin Gadkari

BJP president Nitin Gadkari on Tuesday alleged that besides CBI, judiciary was also being used to blackmail opposition parties, sparking off angry reactions from the government. "The way the decisions are being taken by the judiciary and are kept pending, CBI and judiciary are being misused to blackmail leaders of opposition parties and many such facts are coming to light. We want independent, impartial and fair judiciary," he told reporters in New Delhi on Tuesday.
