Haunted by the fear of black flags, the Bihar police said on Sunday that nobody in black clothes or carrying umbrellas or flags will be allowed to attend chief minister Nitish Kumar's public meetings.  The move comes soon after contractual teachers took out protests carrying black flags at different places during Nitish's Adhikar Yatra last week, aimed at mobilizing support for special category status for Bihar, which would allow it larger funds from the Centre.
