Did DLF take over the Manesar land in FY 2008-09 from Vadra’s Sky Light Hospitality? DLF, in its 6 October statement, said that the “plot was taken over by DLF in the financial year 2008-09 itself.” If that was really the case, why does the land appear on the balance-sheet of Sky Light Hospitality dated 31 March 2011, as a fixed asset valued at Rs 15.38 crore?
