Allahabad HC admits plea against Vadra

The Allahabad High Court on Thursday  asked the Centre to respond within three weeks on a petition seeking a probe into charges levelled by activist Arvind Kejriwal against Robert Vadra.     The Lucknow Bench of the HC asked the Centre to file its preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition filed by social activist Nutan Thakur, wife of IPS officer Amitabh Thakur.
