Seized account books is an admissible evidence:

BJP leader Arun Jaitley has said payments made by private firm to government officials and individuals was a fit case for probe by a Special Investigation Team. Rejecting Congress contention the allegations that former Union minister Virbhadra Singh received payments from a steel manufacturing company was similar to the Jain hawala diary, Jaitley said 'account books' seized during an income-tax raid on Ispat Industries were admissible evidence.
