JPC can't decide by majority vote: Yashwant Sinha

BJP leader Yashwant Sinha has shot off a letter to JPC chairman PC Chacko, questioning his contention that all decisions of the committee probing the 2G scam should be decided by a majority vote. BJP's six JPC members, including Sinha, have stayed away from the last two sittings of the panel, insisting that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and finance minister P Chidambaram be asked to appear as witnesses before the panel.
