'Corrupt promoted & honest punished'

Terming Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's cabinet rejig a farce, anti-corruption activist Arvind Kejriwal said "the reshuffle was nothing but an exercise to reward corrupt ministers and penalise honest ones". Kejriwal is particularly incensed at the "promotion" given to Salman Khurshid - from the law ministry to the ministry of external affairs and the rather apparent demotion of S. Jaipal Reddy, who was shifted from petroleum to science and technology.
