Gadkari breaks silence, vows to clear graft taint

BJP chief Nitin Gadkari has broken his silence over allegations related to dubious investment in his Purti Group of companies and claimed certain media houses were trying to defame him. Given a warm reception by party workers here on his return from Delhi, Gadkari threatened to launch defamation proceedings against media groups who were acting like dalals of the Congress.
