NPR must even if you have Aadhar number

You may have an Aadhar unique identification number (UID), but get ready now for another biometrics based scheme to register all residents of the country. Unlike Aadhar, though, registration under the Home ministry's 'National Population Register of Indian Citizens' project is mandatory.
