Faced with 'disturbing' queries under the RTI Act, the government departments have learnt the art of beating around the bush. The kind of information being sought under the Act has even drawn the attention of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, who recently expressed concern over "frivolous and vexatious use" of the right.
