Young MPs fail to spend MPLAD money

A clutch of young Members of Parliament in the current Lok Sabha have proved to be a disappointment when it comes to spending funds allotted to them under the Member of Parliament Local Area Development (MPLAD) scheme. Interestingly, many of these MPs belong to political dynasties cutting across party lines.
