War escalates in Kerala’s Cong

The faction war in Kerala’s Congress party escalated on Sunday with rivals Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and State party president Ramesh Chennithala taking diametrically opposite positions publicly over the issue of K Sudhakaran MP’s act of showering abuses on a Sub-Inspector of police at a Kannur police station last week.
