After being denied permission to visit the riot-hit areas of Faizabad district on Friday, SP MLA from Maharashtra Abu Azmi accused Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav of ignoring issues concerning Muslims. Azmi, who is president of the SP unit in Maharashtra, said Muslims are wrong in their perception that they are safe under the SP rule.
