Govt dishes out half-baked facts to corner CAG on 2G

The Congress and the Government  on Thursday  questioned the  CAG’s loss figures in the 2G scam in the light of low price fetched by the re-auction, but facts deny their assertions. In 2008, the  Government earned Rs9,280 cr  from the sale of 122 licences while this time Rs9,407 cr came from sale of just 19 licences.
