Upping the ante before the Government and the Opposition lock horns over the issue of FDI, the BJP on Thursday announced “Halla Bol” rallies on November 21 — just a day before the Parliament’s Winter Session commences — to mount pressure on the Congress-led coalition. This comes a day after Left parties rung alarm bells for the UPA by announcing their plan to push for a vote on the FDI debate in Parliament.
